Nice first hotspring experience.

Loved the private onsen, perfect to relax after hiking in the mountains nearby. Great location to relax and get out in nature.

A bit far from convenience stores and hotel restaurant is not that great.

The layout with the toilet and bath at two ends of the room took a while to get used to. Nothing to hang clothes or towels. Can't seem to be able to control the room temperature.

Excellent, will come back if have a chance.

The dinner was cooked to perfection. Every dish was delicious. Nice ambience in dining room and the entire hotel. Loved the free air hockey and foosball table. Loved the private hot spring bath in the room so don’t have use public one! Surprised snacks and drinks in room were free, a bonus :) Tea was very nice. Very convenient shuttle buses and polite, kind drivers.

The duvet covers made too much noise, whenever someone moves in their sleep the covers make a loud rustle and wakes everyone else up. Aircon was a little noisy and cold.

Comfortable hotel with good shuttle service

Very stingy with the vr games considering it wasn't crowded at all. But they still only limit people to one vr game per day (~5min per game) which seems unnecessary

Enjoyable stay

Very nice family room with an ensuite hot spring water bath. A big thanks to the reception manager who helped us to order dinner at the foot of the hill as it was quite hard to get hold of a taxi.

Relaxing and luxurious stay

The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The room onsen was great and refreshing after a soak inside. The free snacks in the room were delicious. Staff were mostly friendly and hospitable. Shuttle bus made up for the location.

Visit Taiwan, and end you trip in this hotel.

Unique experience of thermal bath in your own room. So comfortable, that we didn't go anywhere else during our stay. It was luxurious, and the ideal ending of our 2 weeks trip around the island of Taiwan. Staff was super-friendly, but then again, I haven't met a single unfriendly person during my entire holiday.

The food was really average compared to what I ate in the rest of Taiwan. It's wasn't so easy to get to the center of town, but presumably this was due to the location near the springs. White wine wasn't chilled, but I noticed that's a thing everywhere in Taiwan ;-)

Overpriced

Bed was so comfy. Staff were super professional and courteous. Breakfast was not bad.

The rooms are nice, but not NT$16000 per night nice. Fair value is probably closer to NT$7000. Even at these prices they water down the juice at breakfast. The set part of the semi- buffet dinner was so poor I skipped it the second night. Not a big fan of the Jaoanese room design (I don't want to sit on the floor), but that's on me. If you're considering booking a room with a mountain view, you might be disappointed with what you actually see.

Poor sound proofing of the room. Could hear noises from the ventilation system, pipelines in the walls and footsteps from adjacent rooms clearly at night

Comfortable but breakfast was not as good as it costs.

The staff is kind and passionate. We had a great experience while checking-in, dining for dinner and breakfast and checking out. The view of our room was very nice.

The cleanness could be better. There was hair on one of the beds and some dust and dander under the desk. We had a bad experience during dinner and breakfast because of a family wasn't wearing mask and was talking at the food area. The staff came up and remind them twice, but the kid still didn't pay attention and cooperate.

Great onsen experience for the price.

The in-room onsen was spacious. The dinner restaurant is very tasty.

The room I stayed in did not have windows. Breakfast quality could have been slightly better.

It was a ok stay, but with the kids crowding in the VR area and the limited dinner options, I think the room is a bit ov

I like the hot spring in the room, and the mattress is soft and comfy. Love the Kimonos that were provided in the room.

I am not impressed with the dinner options on Taiwan National day as there was only buffets. I wish there were more single meal options and room service in the hotel so that I don't need to order dinner in.
